This numbers matching, highly original Jaguar XK 120 is being shown in its original colors of Black with a Duo Red and Biscuit insert interior and Tan hood. The car was repainted approx 6 years ago and a new interior from Bassett’s Jaguar was installed in the past year. The numbers matching engine has been rebuilt and all of the mechanicals have been gone through including new brakes and a rebuilt front suspension. The body is straight with no rust apparent anywhere on the vehicle. The undercarriage of this XK120 remains in its original state and even retains the rubber gators on the rear leaf springs. The chrome is also original and presents itself quite well.
Originally delivered to Connecticut via Max Hoffman in New York City the original owner then took the car to Florida and eventually brought the car with him to North Carolina, he owned the car up until approximately 7 years ago. The car’s 41,000 miles are believed to be original. Comes complete with a Heritage Certificate, Toolkit, repair orders, and tax documents.
